I am an entry-level IT support professional with a passion for troubleshooting and customer service. I recently completed the Google IT Support Professional Certificate, which provided me with a comprehensive understanding of networking, operating systems, system administration, and security. Throughout the program, I gained hands-on experience through various labs, further enhancing my technical skills.
In my previous role at DTE Innovators (pty) Ltd, I served as the Marketing/Sales Manager, where I was responsible for sales and the company's growth. I also managed the company's social media platforms and tracked the performance of tutors. This experience allowed me to develop strong leadership and organizational skills.
