I am an IT support professional and systems administrator with a BSc (Hons) in Information Systems and Fortinet certification, focused on delivering reliable technical support and secure system operations. I combine hands-on hardware and software troubleshooting with network administration and cybersecurity awareness to maintain uptime and protect organizational assets.
