What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote IT support, systems support, or junior cybersecurity roles where I can apply my troubleshooting, networking, systems administration, and security experience while continuing to grow in cybersecurity.

I’m an IT support and cybersecurity professional with experience supporting U.S. Air Force and DoD operations in overseas environments. Most recently, I supported communications infrastructure at Vectrus Systems Corporation in Incirlik, Türkiye, where I worked with BMC Remedy ITSM, CIPS, IMDS, Outside Plant systems, technical troubleshooting, work-order coordination, and cross-functional support.

My technical background also includes enterprise systems administration, LAN/WAN support, Windows Server, routers and switches, user account administration, backups, system imaging and deployment, help desk support, and COMSEC accountability. Earlier in my career with the U.S. Air Force, I served as a Computer Systems Administrator and Local System Security Officer supporting base-wide network operations.

I’ve also developed practical database and continuity solutions, supported geographically separated teams, trained users on enterprise systems, and worked across technical and nontechnical organizations to resolve operational issues. My experience working independently in OCONUS environments has required strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

More recently, I’ve expanded my hands-on cybersecurity experience through projects involving secure Flask application remediation, API security testing, role-based access controls, password security, SIEM investigation, Active Directory incident analysis, and security remediation.

I hold CompTIA CySA+, Security+, Network+, A+, Project+, and Data+ certifications, along with ITIL 4 Foundation. I’m completing a B.S. in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Western Governors University, with expected completion in October 2026.

I’m seeking remote opportunities in IT support, cybersecurity, systems support, technical operations, or related roles where I can combine hands-on troubleshooting experience with my growing cybersecurity skill set.
