At Graysons Hospitality, I delivered 45+ multi-site mobilisations from contract award through go-live and handover, directing teams of up to 600 across operational and technology workstreams. These included overnight mobilisations for five TfL contracts and a multi-facility British Library transition.

I also oversaw the selection and implementation of SaaS platforms and client technology, and most recently worked with Aramark US on AI agent architecture and connecting the technology stack to Snowflake for Power BI reporting. Through Atlantic Consulting Group Ltd, I now provide fractional COO and strategic advisory support to growing businesses across operations, delivery and supply chain.
