I am an Operations and Project Manager with 15+ years of international experience leading cross-functional teams across Asia, Latin America, and Europe, specialising in turning disorganised workflows into documented processes teams follow.

I have managed teams of 20+ people and delivered projects on time and on budget, including initiatives with budgets up to $50K and multi-market programs across APAC. I lead end-to-end project coordination, operational analysis, and business process automation for clients in technology, recruitment, and NGO sectors.

In leadership roles I established project management frameworks, defined timelines and quality-control processes, and oversaw office operations, capacity planning, and resource allocation to reduce delivery friction and improve efficiency.
