I’m a results-driven marketing and business development professional with 5+ years of experience supporting growth across EdTech, HealthTech, and broader cross-sector initiatives. I bring a Bachelor of Arts in Urban & Regional Planning (Honours), which strengthens how I approach research, stakeholder needs, and practical execution.

In my current role, I drive end-to-end marketing and business development strategies for a CRM-focused IT start-up. I manage lead generation pipelines, qualify prospects through targeted outreach and market research using HubSpot, and coordinate B2B scheduling and follow-up sequences that increase conversion rates.

I also build brand visibility through multi-channel social media management across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, and create marketing collateral, pitch decks, and business proposals using Canva and Microsoft Office Suite. I’m comfortable coordinating remote collaboration with teams using Slack, Zoom, and Trello to keep projects moving smoothly.

Earlier, as a Chief Operating Officer for an EdTech start-up, I oversaw daily operations, improved client retention through CRM management protocols, and developed SOPs for operations support and onboarding documentation. Across my career, I’m known for meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and independently managing competing priorities.
