Employed by an NGO in Uganda as a social media manager, supporting the communication team with content ideas and engagement online. Responsible for reporting and analysis of viewership.

Conducted a survey with CRU in partnership with the International Rescue Committee (IRC), working with the Eritrean and Ethiopian community. Acted as an interpreter and translated the questionnaire during survey activities.

Worked at a remittance and money transfer company, starting in customer care and later moving into training, coaching, and team leadership. Managed client needs and inquiries and handled remittance accounts, including registering clients and regulating accounts.

Conducted qualitative survey work for the Rebuild project, supporting data collection and accurate recording of respondents’ answers. Also served as a filed officer during survey activities, including interviewing respondents.

Facilitated community engagement and networking sessions for refugees and host residents focused on micro enterprise development and financial literacy as part of the Rebuild project implementation team. Coordinated registration and documentation for grant cash distribution and served as a liaison to support cultural integration.
