At Natural Resources Defense Council, I administer employee benefits, leave, disability, and workplace accommodation programs while helping employees and managers navigate complex policies with discretion and empathy.
I manage leaves from initial notification through return to work, including organizational paid leave, FMLA, state programs, short- and long-term disability, and benefit continuation. I also partner with Unum, Cigna, Fidelity, WEX, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, and other vendors to resolve complex employee matters.
I've built benefits communications, webinars, reports, audits, workflows, and open enrollment support that improve program awareness, accuracy, and consistency.
