I’m a benefits and HR operations professional with 10+ years of progressive experience administering comprehensive employee benefit programs across manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and corporate environments. I specialize in self-funded and fully insured plan administration, leave of absence operations, and HRIS data integrity—building scalable HR infrastructure that teams can rely on.
In my most recent role, I served as primary benefits administrator and HR operations lead for a 600+ employee self-insured manufacturing workforce. I managed end-to-end benefits, ran weekly claims payment audits and financial reconciliations, and supported Fidelity 401(k) administration and audit-ready documentation.
I also lead leave of absence administration across FMLA, ADA, disability, and personal leaves—coordinating intake, eligibility, case tracking, and pay/benefits continuation with payroll and clear colleague communications. I built a LOA premium recovery workflow from scratch, identified compliance and cost gaps, and implemented a repeatable process in partnership with payroll.
I bring equal depth in multi-state compliance and governance (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA), plus hands-on HRIS and open enrollment execution. From implementing UKG HRIS to maintaining deduction and eligibility accuracy in Microsoft Dynamics GP, I use claims/utilization analytics and benchmarking to surface cost drivers and recommend data-backed improvements.
