At Avalara, I own the end-to-end Leave of Absence program for approximately 2,500 U.S. employees across all 50 states and support benefits administration for U.S. and Canadian populations. I designed and launched LevI, an AI-powered leave chatbot that helps employees navigate leave processes independently.

I've led leave-vendor implementations, Workday integrations, ADA accommodation policy development, manager compliance training, and automated benefits orientation through Workramp. My work also includes benefits renewals, open enrollment, plan-year transitions, SOP development, and partnership with HR, vendors, and brokers.

Across consulting and prior roles at Ball Metalpack and Zulily, I've managed complex multi-state leave, benefits, HRIS, compliance, and vendor programs for workforces of 1,300 to 3,500 employees, with earlier enterprise benefits experience supporting up to 9,000 employees.
