I’m looking for a role where I can lead end-to-end process engineering and business improvement, combining Agile/Scrum delivery with ARIS/BPMN modelling and AI-augmented analysis to drive measurable operational transformation.

I’m an Industrial Engineer and Business Improvement Specialist with nearly 20 years of end-to-end expertise across complex enterprise environments in the South African financial services and banking industry. I bring an operating-systems mindset that treats operations as holistic systems—driving efficiency, process standardisation, and long-term strategic transformation.

I’m multi-methodology fluent, balancing the governance of PMBOK and Prince2 with the analytical depth of BABOK and the high velocity of Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks. As a “Super BA,” I bridge business strategy and IT execution, influencing outcomes from operational staff to senior executives.

On the process side, I specialise in ARIS and BPMN 2.0 process modelling standards, value stream mapping, operating models, capability mapping, and business blueprints. I’ve built and refined enterprise processes in banking cards, card operations, card issuing, acquiring, and national payment systems—partnering with stakeholders to eradicate bottlenecks and establish robust continuous improvement frameworks.

I also use AI-augmented analysis to accelerate discovery and specification design, integrating Generative AI and prompt engineering into the business analysis lifecycle.
