I’m a results-driven Industrial Engineering professional and Solutions Architect with over 13 years of experience spanning industrial engineering, business process management, solution architecture, software development, and operational leadership. I improve business performance through process optimisation, digital transformation, systems integration, and data-driven decision-making.

I’ve delivered enterprise-grade applications across manufacturing, mining, transportation, and energy, grounding my work in API-based integration, process orchestration platforms, and data modelling principles. I modernize legacy platforms in brownfield environments using incremental migration strategies and architectural decomposition approaches like the Strangler pattern to reduce risk while enabling continuous business value delivery.

I own end-to-end workstream solution design—from concept through implementation support—using domain-driven design to define clear domain models and service boundaries. I apply API-led integration and contract design with synchronous and asynchronous patterns, and I align solutions to event-driven architecture principles while producing high-level design artefacts such as process flows, application interaction diagrams, and data flow models.

Earlier in my career as Chief Supervisor, I led industrial engineering and operational improvement initiatives across multiple facilities, applying Lean and Six Sigma methods, time studies, work measurement, and structured root-cause analysis. I also led and developed operational teams of up to 60 employees and partnered with IT to integrate operational workflows with digital systems, ensuring improvements were embedded into day-to-day execution.
