I’m looking for a role where I can apply my customer service, order management, and QuickBooks experience—staying focused, learning fast, and being challenged in a flexible team that welcomes new ideas.

I’m a customer service driven professional and team-worker who thrives on strong communication—confident on the telephone and in face-to-face interaction. In my merchandiser/sales roles, I visit retailers to check on stock levels, provide product knowledge, and recommend suitable items based on individual needs.

I manage the details that keep operations moving: order fulfillment, order management, product pulling, and records management. I’ve supported bookkeeping and financial workflows by entering paid invoices into QuickBooks, creating purchasing orders for replenishment, researching alternate suppliers when items are out of stock, and accurately completing day-to-day tasks.

I also bring logistics and leadership-minded experience—from maintaining accurate inventory through physical counts and collaborating with other departments for timely delivery, to assisting project execution and recommending process improvements. Earlier, I handled freighter assistant duties on delivery routes and, as a debt collector, improved recovery rates by implementing effective negotiation strategies while maintaining professionalism.
