I align client OKRs with team and individual goals, track delivery health through DORA metrics and KPIs, and grow engineers into leads and leads into managers.
As Europe Head of Engineering and Architecture Practice, I set shared engineering standards and run Communities of Practice across accounts. I bring a product mindset to backlog ownership, Scrum leadership, stakeholder management, and practical AI adoption in day-to-day engineering.
