What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can coach teams, simplify ways of working, and drive on-time, risk-aware delivery—partnering with Product and engineering to unblock progress and create real value in an Agile environment.

I’m a Scrum Master with strong experience in cross-functional coordination. I’m known as a trusted, proactive, pragmatic partner who brings practical ideas to simplify ways of working and create space where teams can do their best work.

I combine clear, assertive leadership with the ability to influence without formal authority. I help teams make decisions, unblock delivery, manage risk and dependencies, and focus on what really creates value through agile ceremonies and close partnership with Product Owners.

Since 2022, I’ve supported engineering delivery from network automation to fault management, while also coaching and facilitating continuous improvement. I’ve partnered across countries and functions, quantified delivery impact for leadership decisions, and worked with teams to improve predictability, collaboration, and delivery rhythm.
