I’m looking to lead enterprise pharma growth using ABM, GTM strategy, and AI-enabled outreach—building scalable processes, advising on account-based marketing, and coaching teams to deliver measurable revenue impact.

I’m a commercial professional with 15+ years of experience in Account Management, ABM, B2B Sales, GTM strategy, Business Development, Coaching, and Sales Operations, with a strong focus on the life science industry.

Since January 2025, I’ve worked as an Advisor at Aim For Pharma Ltd., building business plans and company objectives, designing services and deliverables, and setting up company processes and AI workflows for customer outreach. I advise clients on pharmaceutical account-based marketing and business development, and I set up business development and ABM campaigns for the life science industry.

Previously, as Senior Sales Director at Sermo Inc., I led global enterprise pharma accounts including Stryker, BMS, and Roche, while mapping pharma accounts to uncover new revenue opportunities and open relationships with manufacturer accounts. I also served as commercial representation across pharma market research and HCP social media engagement, delivering €1.98 million in full-year revenue (2023).

Earlier roles strengthened my foundation in growth execution: I managed and coached teams, implemented outreach and account breakout strategies, and built account mapping and business intelligence processes for SDRs. From managing £300k per quarter in revenue and scaling ROI, to generating opportunities that supported €800,000 in closed revenue, I consistently turn strategy into measurable results.
