Growth & Ecommerce Leader | P&L, Customer Success, Retention, Conversion & Team Leadership
What I'm looking for
I am a Growth and Ecommerce leader with 15 years of experience across commercial growth, customer success, product marketing and brand leadership. I am seeking Head of Growth, Head of Ecommerce, Head of Digital Commerce, Ecommerce Director, Head of Product Growth, and suitable customer, account or commercial leadership roles. Based in Enfield, London, and open to UK remote work and suitable London hybrid opportunities.
At Mayzing, formerly Moteefe, I led a seven-person team supporting a merchant portfolio with approximately £15m in total customer spending in 2021 and owned Mayzing’s P&L for that portfolio. The team’s full-year units sold grew approximately 25% year on year with no dedicated company marketing budget.
I built a segmented Customer Success model with success plans, QBRs, health reviews, activation support, retention analysis and merchant LTV measured on revenue and profit. I used Looker and spreadsheets for monthly, quarterly and seasonal comparisons.
I led migration of approximately 1,000 active merchants, including around 100 high-value accounts, with no active accounts lost because of the move during transition. New storefronts delivered 25% higher conversion and 7.5% higher average order value versus legacy storefronts in combined Q1 performance. Supplier, product-cost and shipping-cost reviews improved margins by approximately 10 percentage points across a range of products.
My tools include Google Analytics, Looker, Google Sheets and Excel. I also operate a self-funded ecommerce business alongside my employed career, with several products and designs selling around 10,000 units each.
