I am a certified Project Manager, with better 13 years of project management experience in the IT & telecommunications industries. I am very organized, detailed-driven, an excellent communicator, results-driven with a dynamic personality.
Experience
PM Manage the circuit delivery cycle to include adherence to critical dates, acceptance testing, escalations, and internal customer communications using Agile and hybrid project methodologies.
Operate as the primary point of contact for the circuit vendors throughout the installation process.
Act as a liaison between vendors, engineers, NOC, property staff, and contractors as needed.
CC Project manager for Metro Ethernet (fiber) network deployment utilizing Agile project management methodology for enterprise-level rollouts for business customers, Agile and hybrid project methodologies.
Expert profiency in project management, including fiber-to-the-premise (FTTP), and multi-dwelling units (MDUs), deploying high speed data services.
