What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead complex telecom and network infrastructure delivery—building schedules, managing SLAs, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned so risks get fixed early before they impact scope or budget.

I run the highest-complexity enterprise projects at Spectrum Enterprise, building the plan, directing daily work, and acting as the single point of contact for stakeholders. I track milestones daily, shift resources early, and surface risks before they touch scope, budget, or schedule.

Before my Complex Project Manager role, I managed 200+ concurrent fiber and VOIP deployments from concept through customer cutover, including leading Spectrum Enterprise’s first 100-gigabit backbone network. Coming up from network operations and cabling work, I bring field-first context to how engineering teams troubleshoot—plus ITIL v3 and CSM for the way I run delivery.
