What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead end-to-end telecom and technology implementations, improve delivery processes, develop teams, and build strong customer and stakeholder relationships.

I'm currently managing end-to-end delivery of Broadband, WiFi, SD-WAN, UCaaS-VoIP, and Starlink implementations at CommandLink, coordinating equipment logistics, technical dispatches, dependencies, and stakeholder status calls.

Previously, I supervised a service-delivery project management team at Lingo Telecom, hiring and developing employees while reporting SLA and delivery metrics to leadership. At Bullseye Telecom and Lingo, I led proof-of-concept product testing, complex installations, and training for Order Management teams.

My telecom background includes Hosted PBX, SIP, IP PRI, broadband, SD-WAN, mobility management, provisioning, network outage troubleshooting, and customer issue resolution. I've also supported more than 3,000 corporate mobile device accounts and deployed SD-WAN Edge appliances across more than 300 national and international offices.
