What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support or service desk role where I can resolve Windows, hardware, network, and incident-management issues while improving user experience and keeping business-critical systems running.

I've supported day-to-day retail operations at Friendly Grocer by resolving POS, EFTPOS, hardware, and IT issues through AnyDesk, phone, and on-site troubleshooting. I prioritise payment-system outages to minimise business downtime.

At Xavier Institute of Engineering, I supported more than 50 university users with Windows installation, Microsoft Office setup, hardware diagnostics, virus removal, and local network file sharing.
