What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can build SQL/Power BI dashboards and automated reporting while applying my incident response and observability experience to deliver reliable, data-driven insights for business teams.

I’m an IT professional with 18 years of experience across retail, real estate, and entertainment, with a strong foundation in SQL-based reporting, SSRS development, advanced Excel reporting, and PowerPoint storytelling. I’m currently transitioning into Data Analytics, backed by a recent intensive Data Analytics Bootcamp (Generation Australia).

In my most recent role at Woolworths Group, I maintained the reliability and availability of critical systems through eyes-on-glass monitoring and rapid incident response, working within strict SLA targets. I also built and maintained observability dashboards (e.g., Dynatrace), extracted and analyzed system metrics, and shared performance insights with management and stakeholders while leading Post Incident Reviews (PIR) and technical documentation.

Earlier, I’ve delivered automation and reporting outcomes that directly improved decision-making and operational efficiency—such as designing and deploying an automated SSRS reporting portal and interactive dashboards for cinema business metrics. I bring a practical, stakeholder-focused approach: translate requirements into structured outputs, collaborate across teams and vendors, and automate manual processes to remove costly workarounds.
