At Count on Sheep, I build and operate the full technology stack for a US crypto-tax consultancy, including a production FastAPI and LangGraph multi-agent platform that turns sales calls into structured client profiles and powers automated workflows and a customer onboarding portal.

I've shipped RAG and decision-support systems for Brazil's public health network, including the Sobrevidas oral-cancer surveillance platform, which received Best Paper at SBCAS 2025. My work spans pgvector, FAISS, PostgreSQL, Java and Spring Boot, FHIR interoperability, and guarded data access for clinicians and health managers.

I build AI systems with compliance built in: audit trails, signed webhooks, fail-closed controls, Row-Level Security, validation rails, observability, and secure CI/CD.
