At VERT Analytics, I lead and manage the Generative AI department, taking production AI architectures from discovery and design through deployment. I built analytical RAG systems for complex legal documents that reduced analysis lifecycle time by 50%.

I also spearheaded a human-in-the-loop multi-agent system for automating transit citation appeals. Its agents classify documents, validate information across databases, call tools and MCP servers, and prepare reports and draft responses for human oversight.

At VERT Analytics, I launched WhatsApp-integrated virtual assistants, including a chatbot serving more than 1,000 monthly users on self-hosted open-source LLMs with an asynchronous message queue. I choose among OpenAI, Claude, and open-weight models based on cost, latency, and quality.

At AInnova LatAm, which I founded, I build agentic workflows and custom AI automation. One quoting pipeline I built cut a client's quote preparation from about a day to about a minute, and its Django review app recorded quote acceptance above 90%.
