I am looking for a role that fosters growth, collaboration, and innovation in employee development.

I am a dedicated Learning and Development Coordinator with a strong background in behavioral economics and a passion for enhancing employee experiences. My recent role at Liberty Global involved organizing onboarding processes for approximately 300 new joiners, where I utilized feedback and data analysis to streamline and improve the onboarding experience. My academic background, including an MSc in Economics and Business from Erasmus University Rotterdam, has equipped me with the analytical skills necessary to drive impactful learning initiatives.

Throughout my professional journey, I have gained valuable experience in various roles, including my internship at Deloitte Greece, where I focused on promoting diversity and inclusion through data-driven initiatives.
