Alejandra Betancourt

I’m a Bilingual Economist specialized in Knowledge Management and Innovation, with 2.5 years of experience designing and implementing strategies that strengthen knowledge transfer and organizational learning.

I’m motivated by how emotions, non-rational behavior, and organizational contexts shape adoption of initiatives and value creation. I combine analytical thinking and creativity to develop strategies that engage people, drive behavior change, and improve organizational outcomes.

In my most recent role, I designed internal communication strategies that strengthened a learning innovation culture and engaged 300+ employees. I also led the creation of a digital community using Microsoft Viva Engage, reaching 7,000+ views and 1,100 interactions to boost knowledge sharing and engagement.

Alongside my professional experience, I’m currently pursuing an MSc in Behavioral Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam, and I’ve built strong analytical capabilities through research and technical tools. I translate complex data into clear executive reporting, dashboards, and strategic narratives to support decision-making and impact measurement.
