I hold a Master's degree in Work, Organisation & Health from Radboud University, where I focused on HR Management and Organisational & Change Consultancy. My thesis explored the link between onboarding practices and newcomers' intent to stay. Additionally, I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University, with relevant coursework in Organizational Psychology and Personnel Psychology.
