I'm looking to turn research and data into practical people initiatives that strengthen inclusion, belonging, and employee experience in diverse, multicultural organizations.

At Tilburg University, I research hiring discrimination and workplace inequality, synthesizing evidence and maintaining structured datasets to identify patterns and research gaps.

Previously, I coordinated government-funded social programs at United Way of Greater New Haven and led student-service initiatives at the University of Connecticut, managing a $600,000 budget and supervising seven Advocacy Coordinators.
