At Maastricht University, I studied Digital Business and Economics and tested how AI-generated language in job advertisements affects applicants’ perceptions of diversity and willingness to apply. I ran a 105-participant experiment and analysed it with moderated mediation models in R.
As a Research Assistant (Intern) at BISS — Brightlands Institute for Smart Society, I conducted quantitative analysis in R Studio and Microsoft Office to support research on AI and social concerns. I also contributed to findings and report development with a multidisciplinary research team.
