I’m an IT generalist and technical operations specialist with over 5 years of experience supporting users, managing infrastructure, and streamlining internal processes through automation. My background spans traditional IT support, system administration, and custom tooling development, allowing me to bridge hands-on support with modern IT automation.

In my current role as a Data & IT Support Engineer at Alluvium, I manage both on-site and cloud infrastructure, lead SaaS platform migrations, and support cross-functional teams in the UK and US. I've reduced cloud spend by 23% through AWS cost optimization, and improved support workflows by developing internal tools using Python, Bash, and JavaScript — including a GitHub-to-Bitbucket migrator and a JSON-to-HTML converter.

I bring expertise in Active Directory, Intune, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Docker.
