I am an IT Support Analyst with over 5 years of hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting, system administration, and user support across diverse environments, including Windows, Mac OS, and Linux. My expertise lies in resolving complex technical issues related to desktop and mobile devices, networking, and system configurations. I am proficient in key tools such as Active Directory, Intune, and AWS, and I pride myself on my strong customer service skills and logical problem-solving abilities.

In my current role as a Data & IT Support Engineer at Alluvium, I manage the company site and cloud infrastructure, leading multiple migrations for UK and US-based companies. My work with AWS services has resulted in significant cost savings, and I have successfully recovered critical project data from corrupted SQL backups. I also focus on training employees on efficient use of Atlassian tools, which has improved overall productivity and customer feedback.

Previously, I served as an IT Manager and Data Processing Teacher, where I implemented network security protocols and taught Microsoft Office Suite to co-workers.
