What I'm looking for

I’m looking to translate operational needs into better systems, workflows, reporting, and data-driven decisions while continuing to grow my business-to-tech capabilities.

At e-Fillers SA, I map workflows across supplies, logistics, and CRM, helping onboard 10+ new suppliers and reduce setup cycles from about two weeks to 5–7 days. I define ERP/CRM data and process requirements, build performance reports, and bridge business and systems changes.

Previously at Yuboto Ltd, I translated client and operational needs into CRM workflows and requirements, improving average response times by approximately 20%. I also designed onboarding and support processes and produced weekly reports for 200+ client accounts.

At BIZ Courier & Logistics SA, I standardized cross-border operations across 7+ countries, developed KPIs and dashboards, and helped improve delivery turnaround by around 12%. I’m expanding my technical literacy through Computer Science studies to strengthen data-driven business-to-tech translation.
