What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead ERP and digital implementation projects where I can connect clients, end users, and technical teams, build reliable delivery processes, and improve operational outcomes through practical, people-focused project management.

At Existanze – Connecting Dots, I lead full-cycle Odoo ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and post-go-live optimization for clients across finance, logistics, retail, tourism, and technology.

I sit between end users and developers, turning requirements into structured Jira delivery plans, coordinating consultants, developers, QA, and stakeholders, and keeping projects moving through UAT, staging, production, and support. I also built the PMO framework from the ground up, creating delivery standards for governance, workflows, reporting, risk, capacity, and onboarding.

My projects have improved stock accuracy by around 30%, accelerated order processing by around 25%, reduced manual reconciliation by around 55%, and cut manual reservation handling by around 40%. I believe project management is mostly about people: being clear about what needs to happen, honest when something is off, and keeping teams aligned under pressure.
