I’m a Business strategy and operations professional with 6+ years of end-to-end mandate ownership, working directly with founders, CEOs, and CMDs. I build AI-driven workflows, own P&L outcomes, and drive cross-functional execution without formal authority—always starting from first principles when the problem is ambiguous.

Most recently as a Senior Program Manager, I built an AI-driven workflow eliminating manual reporting across 170+ national projects. It cut effort 40–50%, drove adoption from 60% to 85%, and reduced escalation turnaround from 4–5 days to 48 hours; I also launched a new business vertical from zero and built a corporate AI incubator by selecting and onboarding external AI studios.

Previously with Avataar Skincare, I scaled operations from 1 to 10 cities by building operating systems across supply-demand, city playbooks, CRM, forecasting, and incentives—driving MRR ~3x (₹0.8 Cr → ₹2.5 Cr) in 12 months.
