At Clemson University, I lead applied research on human wellbeing, social participation, nonprofit systems, and opportunity, with particular attention to immigrant and multicultural communities. I develop analytical frameworks and produce research and recommendations that support program and policy decisions.
Since 2018, I’ve also worked with nonprofit and public-sector partners as a research consultant and grant-supported investigator, using interviews, surveys, and mixed-methods research to inform resource allocation and strategy. My work explores how organizational environments and community structures affect wellbeing and social integration, and I contribute to teaching and learning on the ethical use of AI in research.
