At the University of California, Merced, I lead full-cycle evaluation of a regional economic ecosystem, from survey and interview design through cost-benefit analysis, stakeholder reporting, and dashboards in Tableau and Power BI. I use R, Python, SQL, and ArcGIS to translate technical datasets into actionable decisions for executives, funders, and cross-functional teams.
I've managed federally funded, multi-sponsor research initiatives and built a business analytics consulting practice that delivers reporting tools, sales and market analysis, and data-informed advice. My Ph.D. research produced a peer-reviewed process model through 115+ interviews and 300+ hours of structured observation, while my teaching and organizational training work earned UC Merced's Outstanding Teaching Award.
