What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support business leaders through organized systems, CRM and workflow management, communication, project coordination, and digital tools that improve efficiency and productivity.

I've supported sales and marketing operations at Braintec Services and Fairy Dust by building CRM systems, managing lead generation, and creating digital campaigns for corporate clients.

At Braintec Services, I implemented a HubSpot lead-generation and CRM system to track, manage, and convert leads into sales opportunities. I also create social media and email content with Canva, CapCut, and Mailchimp, using performance data to guide campaign decisions.

At Fairy Dust, I managed a CRM database tracking more than 100 companies, lead status, feedback, and follow-up cadence. I produced B2B marketing copy and ran social campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

I've also led daily store operations and a team of five or more at Lovisa, maintaining 110% sales targets while protecting customer-service standards and brand presentation.
