At Stripe, I lead technical direction and develop financial services applications, backend platforms, and AI-assisted operational workflows. I built an internal AI assistant that helps support and operations teams retrieve procedures, summarize case context, and prepare responses for review.
I built its retrieval-augmented generation pipeline with Python, FastAPI, embeddings, and PostgreSQL with pgvector, connecting approved documentation to source-linked answers. I also implemented permission-aware retrieval and evaluation datasets to assess changes before release.
Before Stripe, I developed healthcare operations software at Intelligent InSites, including Java backend services that turned location and status events into equipment-tracking data and workflows. I also built web interfaces and improved dashboard queries for operational views.
