What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a customer success, customer service, or operations role where I can manage customer requests, improve service processes, coordinate teams, and contribute to strong customer and commercial outcomes.

I'm currently managing outsourcing and licensing operations at AA Rescue Nigeria, resolving around 30 client requests daily across phone, email, and WhatsApp while maintaining accurate follow-up and service records.

I've improved operational workflows through digital forms, trackers, and structured processes, and I build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver issues through to resolution.

My experience spans high-volume outbound sales at Call Guru, customer and system support at One Health by AXA, and digital risk consulting at PwC Nigeria. I bring 7+ years of customer service, operations, CRM tracking, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination experience.
