I’m a customer support professional with experience in customer service, team leadership, and operations. I enjoy helping people, solving problems, and finding ways to make things work better. In my current role, I support and coach a team, monitor performance, handle escalations, and make sure customers receive a good experience. I’ve worked with tools like Zendesk and live chat and I’m always open to learning new ones. I’m currently looking for a remote opportunity where I can grow, contribute my experience, and be part of a great team.
