I’m an experienced IT technician who troubleshoots complex hardware and software issues in customer-focused environments. I bring knowledge of standard operating systems, networking protocols, and technical support procedures to quickly identify and resolve problems.
In field roles, I removed malware and ransomware, diagnosed hardware/software/network issues, and supported large-format and Lexmark printers (paper jams, toners, power supply, and basic network troubleshooting). I also patched software, installed updated versions, configured devices and workstations, and handled password resets for new IT equipment.
