Managed a team of 10 college coaches through projects, activities, workflows, and development. Led hiring efforts for the organization through two recruitment cycles and developed and tracked KPIs and OKRs across the program team.

Delivered individualized support to 50+ fellows through the college admission and financial aid process, resulting in 100% FAFSA submission and 100% acceptance to target schools. Designed students' personal brand and application strategy, resulting in $3.1 million in grants and scholarships.

Supported 260 seniors with developing and executing post-secondary plans through individualized support, informative presentations, and submitting documentation to colleges. Organized campus financial aid events, increasing FAFSA submissions by 18%.

Assisted over 1100 high school seniors with the college application process, financial aid applications, and SAT/ACT registration. Managed data regarding college application and FAFSA submissions, SAT/ACT registrations, and matriculation for College Advising Corps.
