Gorge Santana

I am a college access and career services professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from CUNY Lehman College and hands-on experience supporting historically underserved students. I specialize in coaching students through college applications, financial aid processes, and career-readiness preparation.

In my current role as Director of College Access, I supervise program staff, design curricula such as a Transition to College program, and manage student progress using Salesforce. I coordinate college visits, admission workshops, and professional development opportunities that enhance student outcomes.

Previously, as a Career Services Advisor & Internship Coordinator and a College & Career Specialist, I delivered workshops, provided one-on-one counseling, coordinated employer outreach, and supported foster youth with documentation, living-skills training, and alternative pathways to postsecondary success.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish, proficient in Microsoft Office, and experienced in data entry, case planning, crisis support, and collaboration. I am committed to creating equitable pathways to education and workforce opportunities for all students.
