I've managed statewide higher-education partnerships at Virginia Ready Initiative, supporting 7,000+ workforce program participants pursuing reskilling and upskilling credentials. My work contributed to 3,500+ participants receiving Credential Achievement Awards after completing eligible workforce credentials.

I build career pathways through participant onboarding, retention, mentorship, employer engagement, and data-informed program improvement. I've also designed mentorship programs with businesses, facilitated workshops for community organizations, and connected participants directly with employers and career opportunities.

In academic advising roles at Tidewater Community College and University of Maryland Global Campus, I help diverse and military-connected students align degree pathways with career goals, navigate barriers, and persist to completion.
