What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product delivery where I can turn customer needs into measurable outcomes, align cross-functional teams around clear priorities, and improve products through data, user research, and AI-assisted workflows.

At FPT Software, I own end-to-end delivery for product capabilities and lead two Scrum teams building a web application for a US used-car services brand.

I translate roadmap strategy into prioritized epics, features, and user stories, connecting backlog items to user outcomes and business KPIs. In January, the product achieved NBA performance 50% above target and revenue 130% above plan.

Previously, I worked as a Business Analyst across HVAC, energy generation, hospitality, and maritime products. I elicited requirements, maintained traceability, created SRS documentation and prototypes, and collaborated with engineering, QA, design, security, cloud, and customer-support teams.

I've supported scalable multi-tenant SaaS capabilities for maritime organizations and helped deliver products adopted by firms in Singapore, Australia, and Japan. I use AI-assisted workflows, data analysis, and product discovery to improve alignment and delivery consistency.
