What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build user-centered B2B marketplace or HRTech products, partnering closely with engineering and design teams to clarify workflows, use data to guide improvements, and deliver steady value in Agile environments.

I'm currently building B2B marketplace workflows at Arobid Technology, from supplier onboarding and RFQs to scalable product creation, variants, pricing, and storefront configuration.

I turn complex requirements into structured user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, and release plans. I work closely with UI/UX, engineering, QA, and stakeholders through backlog refinement, sprint planning, UAT, and product releases.

Previously at APPLANCER, I supported HRTech products through prototypes, wireframes, analytics, CRM integrations, and Agile delivery. I helped synchronize more than 10,000 posting and invoice records between AMS and CRM systems, and led a TopDev.vn interface redesign that increased job applications by 26% year over year.

Across freelance HRM and beauty marketplace projects, I've mapped business logic, improved merchant and buyer journeys, supported UAT, and created user guides that help teams adopt new systems.
