I seek a role improving proposal strategy and win rates in education, collaborating cross-functionally, and building scalable content systems to increase market presence.

I am an experienced RFP Specialist with a strong track record creating clear, compelling, and compliant proposals for K–12 districts, state agencies, and education-focused organizations. I bring structure to complex projects, collaborate across teams, and develop content that highlights an organization’s unique value.

At eLuma, I led end-to-end RFP, RFQ, and RFI submissions, established a centralized content library and templates, and helped the team achieve a 40%+ win rate.
