I am a seasoned Proposal Manager and Writer with over a decade of experience pursuing and managing federal, state, and commercial RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs across agencies such as USDA, CDC, DOL, DOD, and DOE. I lead end-to-end proposal efforts, coordinating capture, writing, compliance, and submission while emphasizing clear differentiators to win and retain business.

I own and operate Scriplinque, where I provide proposal management, marketing, and document composition services; I have overseen teams including proposal coordinators, writers, graphic designers, and budget analysts, and I have managed bids using SAM.gov, GovWin, and GSA tools. I am APMP trained, familiar with Section 508 compliance, and regularly use Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat, Outlook, SharePoint, and AutoGenAI.
