I’m looking for a customer-focused role where I can handle calls and inquiries, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and stay organized with records. I want a supportive team environment that values communication and reliability.

I’m a call centre agent who enjoys handling customer inquiries, keeping customers satisfied, and making sure questions are resolved the right way. I’m proactive with followups and I keep records to support consistent service.

Before this, I worked as a receptionist where I welcomed guests, handled and directed calls, managed appointments, and kept track of mails. That experience strengthened my multitasking, communication, and day-to-day front-desk organization.

I bring strong computer literacy and a service-first attitude, plus marketing skills that help me understand customer needs and support better outcomes. I’m looking to grow in a role where I can deliver reliable customer support and represent the business professionally.
