I’m a customer care professional who is outgoing, hardworking, and humble, with creativity as my zeal. I bring strong communication skills and a “can with or without supervision” mindset to every interaction.

In my customer care role, I answer incoming phone calls, respond to customer questions through phone, email, and chats, and provide resolutions while fulfilling customer requests. I also sell the company’s products via phone marketing, promote company news, update customer records in the system, and escalate customers when further assistance is needed.

I’ve developed customer care skills by handling customer complaints, improving phone etiquette, and strengthening my ability to multitask efficiently in a timely manner. With additional experience in administration and management, I combine customer service with solid computer knowledge, accounting and booking keeping skills, and dependable interpersonal performance.
