I build talent pipelines through targeted outreach, sourcing, and talent relationship management. I also optimize recruiting processes and the candidate journey to improve time-to-hire, hiring quality, and candidate experience.
I use Workday ATS, recruiting data, and employer brand analysis to monitor KPIs and guide process improvements. My work also supports international recruiting initiatives in Europe and employer branding through LinkedIn recruiting and targeted talent communications.
